Previous roles include; Head of Global Data Governance at Chanel and Data Governance Manager at Deutsche Bank before founding My Skin My Story and True Change.
Sathya aims to “To use my leadership platform and deep relationships across industries to bridge the data and DEI worlds. I believe together we can make more sustainable progress towards equity. My purpose is to speed up representation and positive social change for all those othered, in particular amplifying women of colour and intersectional identities.”
