Gareth Whalley is the Founder and CEO of Big Bang People Solutions, a global HR consultancy focused on helping organisations to help their people have a better time at work. He has over 20 years of generalist and specialist HR leadership experience in multinational organisations including Procter & Gamble, IBM, The Coca-Cola Company, and Levi Strauss & Co.
For many years, he focused his efforts on driving meaningful culture change in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He now consults with clients across industry sectors to help increase DEI maturity and impact as part of Big Bang’s broader offering, which also includes reward and change management.
Gareth is principled and values-driven, a wellbeing advocate, and finds great joy in connecting people. He lives on the North East coast with his two lurchers, Heidi and Ludo.
