Relentless in pursuing outlets of creativity and inspiration, Amari is a dance student based in London and currently training at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.
Whilst he still has a lot to learn, Amari aspires to create, choreograph and collaborate within the dance industry to produce work that advocates, educates and sparks conversation.
Previously training with Artistry Youth Dance, English National Ballet YouthCo and National Youth Dance Company (Alesandra Seutin) has allowed Amari to develop a holistic and enriched perspective on movement and has taught him that dance is an art form that needs to be shared. It must have the capacity to be accessed by all, regardless of background and upbringing. Whilst performing and choreography are his main focuses at the moment, Amari is also quite passionate about poetry/spoken word, drawing & painting as well as music composition and production.
He is ecstatic to have the opportunity to work with Company of Others and therefore continue to support spaces that advocate for The Othered.
