Company of Others Ensemble

Company of Others Ensemble is a weekly dance project designed for people aged 60 and over.

Ensemble brings together people who may have never danced before to explore movement and creativity together, to improve their wellbeing. The group have tried various dance styles such as ballet, contemporary/modern dance, creative movement, ballroom, voguing and tap. Ensemble members also enjoy regular group trips to see dance and theatre in the region.

The weekly sessions provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, open to all abilities, where you can move at your own pace. No previous dance experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to have a go!

Joining Company of Others Ensemble is a wonderful way to stay active, meet new people and experience the joy of moving together.
